OUR WORK PHILOSOPHY
Perfection is the constant base of all of our actions. Proof of this is that our R+D+I team secure the development or our own carpentry systems, and have developed two exclusive production lines: the EBANIA WOOD & BLINDER MIXED WOOD series.
Perfection is also present when we carry out the thorough control of all of the productive processes, thus reflecting the Identification & Traceability of each product, allowing us to support the final result.
In the intermediate processes we can point out some of the most important manufacturing phases, beginning with the humidity control of the wood as well as undergoing of the application of the UNE norms that refer to dimensions, defects, alterations and finish of the final product, with a biocide and fungicide treatment that assures life protection of the wood.
The glass on our windows is also made at the factory via a sealing process of the glass contributing to higher precision and cleaning.
On the other hand, all of our carpentry systems undergo tests in the laboratory accredited by ENAC. This way we obtain the maximum results in terms of airtightness, watertightness, and resistance against wind.
